Externship Information for Students
Application
Students register for an externship by submitting a completed externship application and a faculty and placement supervision approval form to Jennifer Mailly ( in Chase 302. Professor Mailly will review and sign the forms and then bring them to the registrar for recording purposes.
Evaluation
In order to get credit for an externship, students are required to submit to Professor Mailly a student evaluation, a faculty evaluation, and a placement supervision evaluation Once all three forms have been received, Professor Mailly will review and sign the evaluations and then bring them to the registrar for recording purposes.
