Checklist for the Application Procedure:
Did you:
- Sign and date your application or certify it electronically?
- Type or print your name and LSAC account number on each paper or electronic attachment?
- Enclose or electronically attach each required document, clearly labeled?
- Application
- Question 9 (résumé)
- Question 10 (schools attended)
- Question 14 (required essay)
- Question 15 (optional essay)
- Residency Affidavit
- College certification form from undergraduate degree-granting institution
- Register with the Law School Data Assembly Service (LSDAS)?
- Have your college transcript(s) sent to LSDAS?
- Have at least two letters of recommendation sent to LSDAS?
- Submit your application no later than March 1, 2009?
- Submit your Application for Financial Assistance to the student finance office no later than March 1, 2009?
- Pay appropriate application fee or send the Certification Letter, if applicable?
