Admissions Checklist

Checklist for the Application Procedure:

Did you:

  1. Sign and date your application or certify it electronically?
  2. Type or print your name and LSAC account number on each paper or electronic attachment?
  3. Enclose or electronically attach each required document, clearly labeled?
    • Application
    • Question 9 (résumé)
    • Question 10 (schools attended)
    • Question 14 (required essay)
    • Question 15 (optional essay)
    • Residency Affidavit
    • College certification form from undergraduate degree-granting institution
  4. Register with the Law School Data Assembly Service (LSDAS)?
  5. Have your college transcript(s) sent to LSDAS?
  6. Have at least two letters of recommendation sent to LSDAS?
  7. Submit your application no later than March 1, 2009?
  8. Submit your Application for Financial Assistance to the student finance office no later than March 1, 2009?
  9. Pay appropriate application fee or send the Certification Letter, if applicable?
