Professor Calloway teaches Criminal Law, Employment Discrimination Law, Disability Law, Contemplative Lawyering, and Mediation. A 1970 graduate of Middlebury College, she received her law degree from Georgetown Law Center in 1978 where she was Criminal Procedure Project Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. Prior to teaching, she served as a law clerk to Judge Spottswood W. Robinson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and worked at Wald, Harkrader & Ross in Washington, D.C. as an associate specializing in labor and employment law. Professor Calloway has visited at Exeter and at Seton Hall Law School. Professor Calloway co-authored three past editions of Cases and Materials on Employment Discrimination (Aspen), has published a variety of articles concerning issues in employment discrimination law and is a member of the editorial board of the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal.
