Description:
The criminal appellate clinic provides detailed training in Connecticutl appellate law and practice, the Connecticut penal code, and constitutional criminal procedure, with special emphasis on appellate brief writing and oral advocacy skills.

(1) Students enrolled in this course will be enrolled by the registrar is Law 628 after the priority registration period. (2) Evidence (560) and Criminal Procedure (645) are pre- or corequisites.
