Description:
This extensive seminar explores the judicial function and appellate process in federal courts through a combination of readings concerning various legal doctrines that goven appellate review and a significant appellate advocacy component, in which students will research, brief, argue and judge cases based on the record from an actual litigation currently pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
