| This seminar will explore a variety of legal issues relating to women, including pornography, employment discrimination, abortion, sexual harassment, child custody, the experience of women in law school and as lawyers, rape, battering, the special experience of minority women, and comparative worth. In addition, the dominant but competing strands of feminist legal theory will be explored as those theories relate to the various legal issues. Students will be evaluated based on a research paper as well as classroom performance. Limited Enrollment. | |||||||
