Current Student Workers

Working More Than One On-Campus Job

All students who plan to work in multiple on-campus jobs must complete a Student Employment Authorization Information Sheet for each job and submit the forms to the Student Employment Program Office, and await an e-mail notification confirming the approved start date for each job, BEFORE beginning work.

Work study students who work in more than one on-campus job must additionally complete the Permission to Work Two Concurrent Federal Work Study Jobs form and submit it to the Student Employment Program Office.

Students holding more than one on-campus job are required to complete a separate Student Payroll Time Sheet for each job.

When working multiple on-campus jobs, student employees must be responsible for abiding by the University's limits regarding the total number of hours a student may work per pay week (Friday - Thursday) in all jobs combined.

Please read about work schedule limitations for specific information about the maximum allowable hours a student may work per pay week.

To Report a Change of Address

It is essential that students who are presently working in on-campus jobs or who have worked in on-campus jobs during the current tax year, keep their mailing address current with the University. All official forms and documents will be addressed to the name on record with the University.
